We Can Make a Difference

Healing Journey of Your Heart

Your Sacred Hands -- Hand Reflexology

Cindy Palajac, Hon. B.A., Dip. Adult Ed, HTCP/I, Past President of HTAC

Healing Touch has transformed Cindy’s life. It eliminated a stress response that had bothered her every time she taught a workshop, over a 10 year period. When Cindy took the Healing Touch Level 1 Program in 1993 she learned how to balance her energy centers, calm her digestive system, and quiet her mind through meditation. This one course had such a dramatic impact on her life that she committed to learning more. Cindy became a Practitioner in 1999 and an Instructor in 2001. She now teaches Levels 1-5 of the Healing Touch Program. In her full time HT practice in London, Ontario, her client and training toolbox includes: Access Bars Consciousness, Sound Healing, Shamanic Journeying, Reflexology and Meditation.

“We Can Make a Difference”  Your sacred hands make a difference when you share Healing Touch in the world. How has Healing Touch made a difference in your life? What brings you JOY in sharing your healing touch practice? Let’s share our experiences in the sacred impact HT has had on our lives!

Sacred Heart and Sacred Journey. Your heart models self care and restores itself before it contracts and sends the blood on a journey through the body. Journey through a heart to heart meditation to get in touch with your inner knowing and truth about you as a healer.

Sacred Hands and Sacred Journey. Hand Reflexology is a great tool to add to your tool box of HT techniques. We will be massaging each other’s hands and discovering the reflex points that create relaxation and calmness in the body. Massaging your hands reflexes to all your internal organs in your body.

The Art of Raising Frequency… Setting the Vibration for Healing

The Art of Raising Frequency… Coloring with Intention

Barbara Evans, BS, MS, CRTh, Usui Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki Master, Certified Shiatsu Practitioner

Barbara Evans is an award winning author, transformational healing artist and the founder of Crystal Wings Healing Art; her high vibrational art underpins a new approach to energy healing.   For over two decades Barbara has been immersed in the world of energy healing, crystals, sacred sound and sacred geometry as she was guided to find and explore new ways of living and being within the world that involved raising frequency and consciousness, which she sees as a major gateway to well-being at all levels of Body Mind and Spirit. She is also a certified Crystal Resonance Therapist, Reiki Master and Shiatsu Practitioner.

Raising Frequency is the key to raising consciousness, activating a deep connection with our true inner essence, releasing our innate healing abilities, and achieving our full potential. This multi-sensory experience guides participants on a journey of self-exploration and personal growth, as we take a deep dive into the world of Sacred Geometry, Mandalas, Crystal Energies and Sacred Sound. Discover how high vibrational art can contribute to the creation of sacred space, and set a positive environment for healing. Participate in the building of a Chakra Key Healing Grid, and harness the resulting energies by coloring, with intention, a sacred geometry mandala template.

Insights and energetic support gained from this interactive presentation have the potential to reflect out into all aspects of life, both personal and professional. At the same time, the experience is filled with joy, playfulness and a tremendous sense of peace and wellbeing.
