2019 Healing Touch Worldwide Conference is being held in San Diego, California at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina Resort on Harbor Island, February 1-4, 2019 for the general conference and post conference events. If you’re flying in from out of town, you should plan on flying in on January 31 or February 1 (morning flight) and departing February 5th.

If you are a Healing Touch instructor The HTP Instructor Gathering will be held on January 31- February 1, 2019. If you’re flying in from out of town, you should plan on flying in on January 30 or January 31 (morning flight) and departing February 5th.

Substitution Policy: For General Conference, Instructor Gathering and Post Conference, please notify HTP of any substitutions in writing. The appropriate registration fee will be applied to the substitute attendee.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend and wish for a refund the following applies: A refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be given if your cancellation is received by January 9, 2019. Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after January 9, 2019, because of our guarantees to the hotel.

Healing Touch Program is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Healing Touch Program is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider (#150588-00).

Registered conference attendees may earn up to 16 continuing nursing education (CNE) contact hours by registering for and fully attending all conference activities. Up to 22.25 additional CE contact hours are available through attending the Instructor Gathering, Master Class and Post Conference. 

We suggest business casual. Please be comfortable! While the outside temperature will be mild, the hotel will be cool. We can’t always achieve a temperature that is comfortable for everyone in the hotel. Remember to bring layers, such as a sweater, for your comfort. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool and fitness center.

For the general conference the hotel will be providing a reception on Friday evening, lunches on Saturday and our dinner buffet on Saturday night. 

For breakfast the hotel provides a breakfast buffet or order by menu in their on-site restaurants. This will allow for more flexibility for meal selection and timing.

For the hotel provided meals vegetarian and gluten options will be provided to those who requested them on their conference registration. These are the only special dietary requests the hotel is able to handle.

All Inclusive Ticket Holders will get access to recordings of the main sessions (with the exception of any potential confidential results shared at the event, which will be edited out). *IMPORTANT: If you’d like to get access to the recordings of the event, be sure to choose the All Inclusive option when you claim your ticket.

This type of conference we love to do energy work as much as possible! we have built in time for self-care through our morning activities, daily meditations, group exchanges, a sound healing gong immersion and availability to the healing room. Many of our speakers will be leading you through energetic experiences that will make space for personal transformation.
