Payment Plans
We have two options for conference registration with a three month payment plan.
Your first payment will be charged the day you register. The remaining equal payments will be charged once a month on the same day as your initial registration.

Substitution/Cancellation Policy
Substitution: General Conference, Instructor Gathering and Post Conference: Please notify HTP of any substitutions in writing. The appropriate registration fee will be applied to the substitute attendee.
Cancellations: A refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be given your cancellation is received by January 9, 2019. Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after January 9, 2019.
